Kes

Sikhs shouldn't cut hair from any body part.
Sikhs need to keep hair as they grow naturally.
They should keep hair intact -as nature has given-
from head to tip of toe of feet.

Sikhs are required to comb their hair -head- at least
two times a day -in morning and evening- and tie them
carefully -so that KES aren't broken- in a knot on
their heads.and they should tie -wear- a DASTAAR -turban-

SIKHS have fought for their KES
Bhai Taru Singh pind Vaan fought against mughal forces
and died a valliant death -SHAHAADAT-
